PROGRAM NOTES:

This Track is dedicated To Jim MacAyeal , who in fact serves as inspiration for the entire project - The text is based on a poem, such as it is, half remembered from our days of youthful folly. The track title is based on a prior project around this same theme several years back that Jim proclaimed to be a ' Avant-Garde Masterpeice ' - I Guess it's all sort of an in-joke if you will, but on a serious note I want to say this - I Consider myself very fortunate to have freinds that I've had for many years - Decades even. As they've lived their lives and raised families of their own, the dynamics have changed but I count myself very fortunate to be in possession of such proverbial " Dear Old Friends " - As such, my track is not only dedicated to Jim ( But also Rita ) but to all these Dear Old Friends.
